(which must not be consumed by diabetics), so cinnamon yogurt is the perfect combination. Of course you can add this mix to some fruit or cereal, according to what your health allows.
The diet with honey and cinnamon is far better known, than the one with yogurt-cinnamon. You should do this diet for 10 days:
You should drink 200 ml of yogurt with half a teaspoon cinnamon each morning for breakfast. You can add a handful of cereal or fruit in the yogurt.
You should eat lunch as you do normally, and it’s important not to exaggerate.
For dinner, you should drink 200 ml of yogurt and half a teaspoon of cinnamon again, but this time without any additives.
During the diet, you should drink lots of water and be physically active.
This combination is also used externally for skin care of the face.
