Recipe from Famous Doctors: Make Bread that Prevents Aging and Speeds up the Metabolism

The doctor came up with a bread recipe that will throw you on the ground. It’s made from ingredients that prevent premature aging and weight gain.
- 200 g buckwheat flour
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g rye flour
- baking powder
- baking soda
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. caraway
- 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
- 2 cups water
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, and let them “rest” overnight. Next morning, preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Transfer the dough into a bread baking tray, but make sure you line it with parchment paper. Bake your bread for 30-60 minutes.
The length of your baking time depend on the size of your tray. If you decide to go for a smaller tray, your bread will be thicker, and you’ll have to bake it for longer.
