- ½ kg carrots
- 3-4 tbsp. raw honey
Dice your carrots, and boil them until soft. Preserve some of the water, and mash the carrots. Add in your honey, and just enough water to obtain the consistency you’re looking for. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the resulting mixture into an airtight container. Use it within 3 days.
You can take this remedy at any time, preferably 3-4 times a day. You will feel an improvement within the very first day.
