Scientists Say That Starting Work Before 10am Is Similar To Torture

Human body has a biological timer, something that experts like to call “Circadian Rhythm.” It’s a genetically pre-programmed cycle that regulates your brain work, energy, hormones, and perception of time. If you wake up before 10am, you’re interfering with your Circadian Rhythm, and eventually you’re stuck with severe imbalances.

“We cannot change our 24-hour rhythms. You cannot learn to get up at a certain time…your liver and your heart have different patterns and you’re asking them to shift two or three hours.”
